When Pip and I first took over the LIars Bar in Alfaz Del Pi we wanted to do something a little bit different. Fish and Chips is a massive British Tradition and were famous for it around the globe, so why not bring a little slice of home to the sunny shores of the Costa Blanca....so thats what we did !!!! Traditional Homemade Fish and Chips, using only the finest locally sourced ingridients with a hint of blighty to remind you of home !!!!
